DC TAJI'S BANH MI ON THE RUNWAY TO BLUENOTE

Meet "Banh Mi" (pronounced: "bon ME" - that's Vietnamese for "sandwich"...ya-huh...you'll hafta ask her other breeders or owners about THAT one...!!!)
July 31, 2009: Owner-handled by Holly Hamilton of Cincinnati, Ohio, Banh Mi was awarded Best in Futurity at the EBC Specialty under breeder, Laurie Stargell of SkyHi Basenjis in Colorado
Also owner handled by Holly, "Banh-Mi" was awarded Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best Puppy at the Greater Chicagoland Basenji Club Specialty on 06/13/09.
Banh Mi had also previously been awarded a "Best Puppy" and "Best Puppy in Hound Group" over that Specialty weekend in Ohio. We're so proud of them both!
Since those shows, Holly and Banh Mi have continued their winning ways and have continued to rack up points including a major towards their championship title.
Along with me, Banh-Mi was co-bred with her co-owners, Mark Farnsworth and Jung Kim of Seattle who are devoted "grandparents" to Miss Banh Mi and enjoy travelling to see her show.
Now a Dual Champion, Banh Mi first established her AKC Field Champion title (clearly taking after her dam's keen interest in the lure,) and then in January 2012 finished her conformation championship as well with a third major win!
