This litter was co-bred and lovingly reared at home by: Anesa Michalek & Alexander McKenzie Johnson in Kirkland, WA with dam "Macy"
Avery won his first major at the Western Washington Hound Association show (the day after the EBC Specialty) under the esteemed hound-breeder-judge, George Bell
Avery took The Hat Trick winning Winners Dog all three days at the Puyallup cluster in January 2009, including being shown to Best of Winners by owner Paul Roberts.
Shown very sparingly, Avery finished his championship title in Denver with a major to spare.
