Candy is the breeders' keeper because she has what we were really looking to achieve and add to the bloodline with this pairing: An absolutely perfect TEXTBOOK shoulder assembly. The angulation, set on, and layback is nothing short of ideal. If she can pass this asset on, we're all in for a great ride.
She also has a beautiful, rich brindle coat with clear demarkation.
Crediting her shoulder assembly, Candy has super smooth & clean movement.
She is co-owned and co-bred with Mary K Quinnett (Platinum) as well as Anesa Michalek & Alexander McKenzie Johnson in Kirkland, WA with dam "Macy"
To date, Candy has only been shown at Specialties and one all-breed weekend where her win is pictured at left. While waiting for her turn in the show ring, Candy won her specialty class several times including her Futurity class under breeder-judge Parry Talmadge (Rugosa West Basenjis in CA).
