  • Dove's ring debut fruited a very respectible win of her puppy class and Reserve Winners Bitch. Her owner, Sherry Heath, learned that Dove needed a little bit more practice.
  • The next time that Dove was shown, was to the respected judge, Dana Cline, who awarded her Best of Breed over two specials for a 4 point major! And the splashy wins keepa-comin'!
  • Dove is very sweet and a charming companion, and the first Basenji to be owned with Sherry's partner, Kevin Black.
  • Dove is the whole package: She has terrific type, sound movement, and Look-At-Me attitude.
  • Sherry finished Dove's championship in a mere 9 show entries! WOW!
  • Dove earned her grand championship title (after very limited showing) at the Basenji Fanciers of Greater Phoenix Specialty in October 2011 piloted by Sherry.
  • Dove had her first litter in December 2012, and from that litter of 5, four are just now hitting the show rings:
    • "Zoe" won the highly competitive Bred-By-Exhibitor-Bitch class at BCOA 2012 in Gettysburg, and went on to win Reserve Winners Bitch at barely 7 months of age! The following weekend Zoe was awarded Best of Opposite Sex to Best Puppy in Sweepstakes at the WVBC Specialty in Oregon, and also won the PB6-9 class. All above piloted by Katie.
    • "Paige" won a four point major as WB/BOW her first time entered in Oklahoma City with Sherry.
    • "Pilot" has won the hearts of many with his co-owners Dorota and Grazyna in Poland and is debuting soon!
    • "Brock" is with Sherry in Amarillo, TX and will be in the show ring soon.
