"Java" is from our designer litter - the product of a "Shadow" son (Rev) bred to a Shadow granddaughter (Chloe).
Java was co-bred with Pat Marshall, Berimo Basenjis, with Sue Ann and Amy Stabley of Olympia, WA.
Novice-owner-handler, Carolyn Bordes, new to the show scene, started showing Java near their home in Louisiana.
Java's debut in the show ring was winning Best of Breed with strong competition handled by Carolyn.
In line with his entire string of siblings, Java is robust in joyous character, dabbles in mischief, is incredibly smart, unusually trainable, a sensational athlete, and is very willing to please his people.
Carolyn handled Java to Reserve Winners Dog at the BCONC Specialty in October 2010 under breeder-judge, Wanda Pooley.
Java earned his majors over the summer with Gramma Katie, but earned his minor points and finished his championship title piloted by Carolyn on 12/30/2010! Congratulations to Java and all his Peeps!
The Bordes family now resides in Sausalito, CA to accommodate their work and university studies.
